In addition to the usual payment options of EFTPOS and cash, we also offer Vetpay. VetPay allows your pet to receive their treatment now, and you can pay for it over time through a simple payment plan. VetPay is provided by an external provider, and you can apply online and set-up an account.

Pet insurance is becoming more and more important to pet owners. It offers peace of mind as it covers some or all of the treatment costs if your pet gets involved in an accident or illness, which would otherwise result in high unexpected costs.
There are many insurance companies that offer pet insurance. We offer a GapOnly® service for some insurance companies. GapOnly® reviews and calculates your pet insurance claim while you’re still at the vet. You simply pay the gap (the difference between the vet’s invoice and the claim benefit under your policy) and go! We can also lodge some eligible policies electronically as well for you.
